Invitation to Quote for the Provision of Preventative Maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing, and Fire Alarm Systems

To: Interested Companies

The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Doha would like to invite interested companies to quote for the Provision of Preventative Maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing, and Fire Alarm Systems based on the Embassy’s specific requirements.

A compulsory site inspection will be held on Wednesday, 6 May 2026, at 1:00 PM (Doha Time), at the Singapore Embassy in Doha. Please contact the Embassy for more information. Only one site inspection will be conducted.

Interested companies should send an email to doha_procurement@mfa.sg to obtain the Invitation to Quote documents.

Quotations are to be submitted according to the instructions in the quotation documents. The closing date and time for tender submission is Wednesday, 13 May 2026 at 1:00 PM (Doha Time).

The Singapore Embassy does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender offer, or the whole or any part of the offer.

The Quotation Schedule and Award notice will be displayed on the Embassy’s website.
