The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Doha would like to invite interested companies to tender for the Provision of Security Guards and Security Equipment Maintenance, based on our specific requirements.
A compulsory site inspection will be held on Monday, 24 February 2025, at 10am at the Singapore Embassy in Doha. Please contact the Embassy for more information. Only one site inspection will be conducted.
Interested companies should send an email to doha_procurement@mfa.sg to obtain the Invitation to Tender Package documents.
Tender offers are to be submitted by hand in sealed envelopes addressed to the First Secretary (Admin & Consular). Please do not email tender offers. The closing date and time for tender submission is Thursday, 20 March 2025 at 1.00PM (Doha Time).
The Singapore Embassy does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender offer, or the whole or any part of the offer.
The Tender Schedule and Award notice will be displayed on the Embassy’s website.
